We take credit card very seriously. For the protection of card holders and ourselves, orders that appear fraudulent may be held for manual review. If necessary, a representative will call you to verify the order. If we are unable to contact you within a reasonabale period of time, the order may be canceled.
You may notice that when ordering different options; such as upgrading from 10KT to 14KT gold, adding stones, sizing over size 11 etc., charges for changes are not totally calculated at the time you place the order even though your upgrades are on the order. In that case, you will receive an updated confirmation from Fox Jewelry upon our review with the correct total charges. Please keep in mind that the only way that Fox Jewelry can offer these prices is because we carry very little inventory. Much of the product offered on this site is made or sized to order. This process takes a couple of additional days. Please allow approximately 15-20 working days for delivery of custom made rings. You will be notified by email of the shipping date.
Shipping Charges for packages destined to points outside of the Continental United States and Canada are $50.00 for normal handling. Fox Jewelry is not responsible for any import taxes due on your purchase. The customer must pay for any dues or charges assessed by Customs. Charges for expedited international shipping may be slightly more.
Shipment Delays
While we make every attempt to fill all orders placed, an order may be delayed or backordered. If a delay or backorder occurs you will receive notification via email.
If you do not wish to wait due to the delay or backorder, you may request a cancellation for your order, provided that the item(s) has not shipped. If we do not hear from you before we ship the items, we will assume you have agreed to the shipment delay.
If we cannot deliver your item(s) within 30 days of the order date, delay notice or backorder notification (whichever is greater), a cancellation will be processed automatically and you will receive a prompt refund for any unshipped portion of your order. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Delivery Confirmation
Buyer specifically agrees that US Postal Service (USPS) Delivery Confirmation and/or Signature Confirmation or United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express confirmation of delivery constitutes irrefutable proof of delivery. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find that you need to return an item, please review the complete details of our return policy below to determine if any special return conditions apply.
Almost all of our rings are made to size and order. We take a lot of pride in producing a high quality product. Please ensure that you order the correct size. When you order the wrong size, I do not have the ability to return the ring to the original manufacturer because they made it to order and size for Fox Jewelry. Ordering the correct size in the first place will save us all a lot of time and unnecessary expense.
Except as otherwise noted, products may be returned within 15 days of the ship date or within 10 days after the date of delivery for a refund. If you would like to replace the item you have returned, please place a new order. While most items are returnable, returns are subject to the following guidelines:
For Defective, Damaged or Mis shipped Items
Your shipping and handling costs will be refunded. For all other items, shipping and handling costs cannot be refunded. (Note: Return shipping cost refunds are calculated using the lowest cost shipping method. Items returned via expedited shipping methods will only be refunded an amount equal to the lowest cost shipping method).
Proper Conditions for Return and Credit
Merchandise must be in its original, unaltered, and undamaged condition with its original packing and accessories intact. Merchandise sized, engraved or changed in anyway to meet the specifications of the customer will be considered altered and not returnable. If you are returning a product listed below, please check to make sure your return meets the conditions described.
Please contact Fox Jewelry by email for (RA) return authorization number.
Returns will not be accepted without a RA number. RA numbers will expire after 10 days, and the item will not be accepted if returned after that time frame. Please include the RA number on the outside of the shipping package. (Please do not write directly on the manufacturer's box).
Returning an item(s) may change or void coupon discounts or refunds currently appearing on an order.
For your protection, please send your return prepaid via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as UPS or insured Parcel Post. Please be sure to keep your receipt. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non-trackable method.
Merchandise must be insured for the amount of purchase when returning to Fox Jewelry
Credits are processed upon confirmation of the return by Fox Jewelry. You have two (2) options when returning non'defective merchandise. A credit on merchandise returned will be issued toward another purchase from Fox Jewelry at an equal to or greater amount, OR a restocking fee equal to 10% or a minimum charge of $25.00 will be deducted from the total amount of the invoice. Your balance will be refunded.

THESE ITEMS CARRY A LIFETIME GUARANTEE. IF YOUR LESLIE GOLD JEWELRY SHOULD BECOME BROKEN, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE, SIMPLY RETURN IT TO FOX JEWELRY FOR A PROMPT REPLACEMENT WITH A NEW PIECE.
